I brought in my 2009 Enclave primarily to have the A/C repaired. While in the shop I also had them do and oil change, tire rotation, and take cars of a recall notice. I made an appointment two days before. All work was completed satisfactorily, but it did require the car be kept for an additional day because they hadn't gotten to the A/C issue by the end of the first full day (car was dropped off night before so it would be available first thing in the morning. While this wasn't a problem for me this time, I was disappointed that the A/C wasn't even diagnosed on the first day. It seems there's something wrong with the scheduling system. Last time I had the car in for some steering issues it also needed to be kept an extra day. The end results have been fine, but that is the reason I rated you 4 instead of 5 stars. I have to admit some disappointment with my Enclave with the somewhat nuisance problems I've had with noisy heating fan, noisy steering, and now with an A/C switch. In 2001, just before our twins were born, we purchased a Yukon Denali through Brian Stoppelman at Lupient GMC in Golden Valley, MN.
