Overall, I've had a really good experience with Jim Lupient GMC in Golden Valley. I would certainly recommend a vehichle purchase here. The only area to improve is the follow up with the service department. I've had my new Acadia in twice and each time I had to follow up to check on the staus of the service. Afrer two years of test driving and thinking about a new vehicle it was finally time. We visited Stu at the dealership about a year ago from a referral so we asked for him. We thought it was a slam dunk. We would test drive the Acadia, love it and make the deal. Not the way it happened! The Acadia was too big and just not the right fit. Feeling deflated and confused, we just didn't know what to do. Stu was busy so he asked Billie to srep in and help us. She is AWESOME! She didn't want us to test drive anything that wasn't exactly what we were looking for because she didn't want us to settle for less than what we really wanted. We talked about the Terrain and how we loved it a couple of years ago when we first test drove it. She found one on the lot that had everything we wanted so we took it for a drive....and the rest, as they say, is history. I've not been a fan of buying new based on some previous bad experiences.
